Uploaded some new pics to my Lj, gonna use the one that shows off my green eyeshadow...though not that well cause it had to be small...for this post...

Anyway, not much is going on at the moment.

I went and saw The Matrix: Revolutions today with my friend D. All I can say is that it was well worth the wait.

!!!!!!!!(Caution...slight spoilers)!!!!!!!!!

I honestly think it was deeply philosophical but others would argue with me...jenn namely -giggles-

Especially when Smith is talking to Neo at the end of their battle (Which made me realize they could do a Dragonball movie with real people and do it WELL...i was surprised at how alike that battle was with a lot of Dragonball/Z battles)

I think neo said, "Because I Choose To" when Smith asked him why he fights, but i can't be sure...can anyone verify that? It would make sense because a machine cannot choose, it is a program...until it is exiled that is, and even then it is influenced by its programming. So it'd almost be like an insult.

Also, I liked what the Architect said to the Oracle at the end.

Defines humanity very well, and makes you ask the question of how the war even started to begin with.

Maybe the humans started it.

Baldur's Drama

The references to Baldur run far deeper than the fact that he'll be back. That's just a classical messiah comment. In reality, Neo could just as easily be Jesus as Baldur.

However, it is shown that he is a child of the Matrix... A god of the World. He is the bringer of peace and an end to the eternal war. Baldur rises only after Ragnarok is finished.
He is struck down by a compatriot of his, when he is blinded. This is, superficially, similar to Hoenr killing Baldur at Loki's behest. Agent Smith is Loki. A force of change and destruction.
Baldur stands in defense of humanity over Loki(Agent Smith). The two children who survive the Final Battle grow in the light of Baldur to flourish... and the world is rebuilt again.
And in the end, Neo is ferried away to join the Machine World. He is reborn as a part of the matrix.
There are more similarities... but those are the easiest to explain.
Next post, we go into how Neo is really King Aurthur.
