Protein Supplement
Jul. 8th, 2009 02:49 pmI got some ESA soy protein supplement that i can add to milk/water etc. It's 20 grams of protein a pop (14 servings per $9 container.)
Yeah, it's expensive. But I fucking NEED it.
For 3/4ths of the day, I actually had energy. My muscles felt different. I'm going to look into their muscle repair supplement as well, because piling theoretically should be able to turn you into a physically fit monster. However, I think doing it for 8 hours/day 5 days a week doesn't give your body enough time to repair the muscle fully. That has been my theory since the beginning, as I see continuous increase in muscle tone (mine is getting pretty ridiculous) but not an increase in bulk.
I also haven't been drinking enough water. Professional atheletes and physical fitness freaks need something like 100+oz/water per day. I probably burn more calories doing my job than some /pro atheletes/ do when training. I'm drinking more water now, and I feel much better. Part of my skinny appearance, and lower weight, I believe, is actually semi-permanent dehydration. We'll see in the coming days.
Either way, if I supplement 40 grams of protein a day, I'm getting almost half of what I need (for serious body building) in just supplement. A container should last me a week. $9/week for protein supplement. Not terrible at all, if it has the desired effect (physical perfection)
It's the weirdest thing, you know. The females who smile and get flirty with me are always middle-aged or late 20s. I'm pretty sure it's because middle-aged women actually know what they are looking at - my idiot exes had no idea (and still don't, probably never will...)
That is, of course, until I become a famous jungian psychologist and a world renown electronic music pioneer.
