Damnit! My fucking computer has finally went.

I wiped my harddrive, hoping it would fix the problem of it rebooting constantly, every time i turn it on, and then it STILL does it. Then, I have my mom call up tech support, and guess what...there's been a recall on system boards for my Netvista for probably about a year and a half to two years (basically ever since i bought it) Those assholes at IBM never told me. So now, my mom has to make a trip up to erie to get it serviced (for free at least). So i'll be without my good computer for many days. All i have right now is this prehistoric piece of shit. Looks like i'm in for a boring week.

I gotta go without a computer in my house for a month(im gettin a new one cuz we're moving) My dad actually found a house and we moved stuff in(most of it) and got rid of old stuff :D. well anyways once i get my new computer from House of Television it will be in MY room :D *exciting*. But until I get it-i have to post at the student union(talk there too)...and there is no icq there :'(.

Keep in mind that a bollocked power supply does the same thing that you describe.

Also, check the power outlet. The outlet itself could be surging, a sign of bad wiring.

Both of these I've found out from experience, mind you.
