sathorI saw Oren, a very cool guy I met at a party a couple years ago at the refinery...working with Spaeder, some outside contractors. Worked with him as the firewatch for a few days. Had some deep conversations. Lots of things he had to say stuck with me...he definitely has some modicum of psychic ability, or something.
Today, the woman I thought was pretty fucking cute turns out to be the mother of a girl I've liked since I was in highschool (Kayla.) How do you like that? Fucking weird, but it explains why I like Kayla. And if her mother can handle a job at the refinery, Kayla must have some good genes. I might have to try a little harder with Kayla if she sticks around Tidioute for awhile. Here's to hoping, anyway...I still have some serious feelings for her I never managed to pursue.
Really want to hear her voice, actually. Wonder if I will.
