All of the cystic infections on my scalp are gone, so now all I hopefully have to do is keep looking for red irritated spots to put the topical stuff on and keep taking my oral medication and it should be conquered. It already looks so much better. I feel so much better. I hope I /never/ get a fungal infection ever again, but if I do, I'm going to get it taken care of immediately. I had this stuff for years on my body and I never imagined it would do what it did to my scalp. Now my body skin pigment is finally starting to look normal after I got used to years of having darker spots here and there (and sometimes when it got really bad, it was like I had a permanent tan!)

The HPV continues to dissipate. I am confident it will be gone in a month or two, and this honestly is the biggest deal for me. It was causing me so many self-esteem issues and I think it made it impossible for me to even approach a woman (I know that sounds really stupid, I don't immediately think sex when I hit on a girl, but hey...it's just the way it is.)

These are probably the best things to happen to me for two years now. I do kinda wonder though what I should be doing. I think I need to talk to my rents about getting another car and maybe paying them back once I get a decent job.

I'm not sure where I want to work, but I'd prefer if it was an office atmosphere. It won't be forever, but long enough for me to finish fleshing out my home studio/an entertainment center and get enough money where I can go anywhere and be safe for awhile if work is hard to find.

Rick talked to me about moving to North Carolina with him. I have family in NC too so it might not be a bad idea. It wouldn't be a bad place to look into doing live performance either, even if it's just small scale stuff or doing parties for friends/acquaintences. I would do that /now/ if I had the speaker system. I can make some really dancey stuff on the fly and the girls around here especially love to dance. I think I could be the life of parties round here...nobody ever does anything like it.

If I get a job, I'll get two studio monitors, then a small-time PA system, an electric bass and guitar, then I should be set. I'll put enough money away for another PC and everything else on top will just be a safety net. Maybe invest in a sound module or something too but who knows, I don't think I really need it with the access I have at the private tracker.

The two monitors will run me around $500 for decent 8" ones, and a PA system (a shitty one) will be similar, maybe a bit higher. The guitar and bass together shouldn't go over $600 because I don't really care about brand, I can tweak their sound in studio.

That's about three-four months of work total and then after that I can save. Then there'll be next years tax return which I'll do early.

As for college? Well I don't have my diploma yet, so that's sorta fragged at the moment. I may just end up waiting until I'm 24-25 when my financial aid will finally just be on /my/ shoulders and they won't use my parents income as well. It is the smartest thing to do and will give me some time to get my head straight, which I know I need. I don't even fucking know what I want out of this world yet, but I know I want to see more of it at least.
