The Ultimate Acne Cure
Dec. 4th, 2009 01:18 amYou want the ultimate acne cure?
Don't wash your face - besides, you know, the water that runs down it when you shower.
I had a friend of mine tell me this a -long- time ago. He had acne as bad as mine, if not worse in some cases. But I was -obsessed- for -years- with using cleansers and everything I could, because I felt it kept it under control.
But every time I stop using cleansers, my complexion becomes as clear as a fucking made-for-TV actor, and my scarring becomes hardly visible - except for what I've got on my chin. But hey, my goatee almost completely covers that up.
Looks like some of the hair in the balds spots is growing back. I'm imagining I had a bit of an infection, and that's what caused it (either that, or the Head and Shoulders I used a few times irritated my scalp beyond belief.)
I'm up to my old tricks again, studying Buddhism.
If I were to describe my beliefs nowadays, it would be something like this:
Buddhism/Hinduism are the practice of spirituality.
Qabalah is the theory of spirituality.
