I'm back up to 160lbs, and still gaining, so it looks like I may finally be conquering my underweightedness. The job I'm doing now keeps my whole body moving for eight hours a day, with heavy lifting mixed in. But I think I have enough energy daily to start lifting, and I'll probably start with just presses for now and maybe some core work. Yoga will probably suffice for legs.
Physically speaking I don't think I've ever really been in /better/ shape. I think I weighed 10 more lbs. than this at one point in highschool, when I was lifting really often. If I lift for a month or so, I'll probably be at 170 easy. I'd like to stop around 180.
If I can keep my appetite, that is, as I always seem to lose it at the worst times.
