It's all good anyway. Anger is fleeting, especially after I write this kinda stuff in this journal.

That's what these journals (and any journals) are really for... just getting emotion OUT. I find a lot of times, I write something REALLY angry, only to look back it later and find I've calmed down a lot and am amazed I was as angry as I was. Writing is the best outlet I've found.
