sathorI don't know if I have figured this out before...but I think it's a good thing I realize it now after a little bit of thought...I have a problem to work on now.
When I state an argument, and people disagree, I take their disagreement as a personal attack. That's just not the way things really are. That's most likely part of my paranoia manifesting in the argument, but still...if I can get rid of that, then I'll be in control of my emotions more in those situations.
