Basically I'm getting fed up with the nickle and dime business of college applications. Because on top of app fees, I'm going to have to pay a "special fee" to have my SAT scores "pulled out of the archive" and sent to each institution. Thanks to a new system by college board. Back when I took the test, they were going to be available for the same fee indefinitely...guess they decided to change that, eh? I can't even access them online anymore, EVEN THOUGH MY FUCKING LOGIN INFORMATION STILL WORKS, YOU FUCKING GREEDY SATAN COCK SUCKING BASTARDS.
You know, I wonder if it ever occurred to any of these fucking gate keepers, maybe the whole "keeping the working class down" bit was going to get a little too obvious at some point? You know...maybe when there's things like "A 400 dollar deposit with an application" that's a 40 hour work week for someone at $10/h, BEFORE taxes. Are you fucking kidding me? And no, they don't waive it! You get government subsidies, you get paid exorbitant fees to keep your institution running, you can afford to pay people who spent 8-12 years in college doing nothing but punching keys into a keyboard, writing with a pen, and thinking...hundreds of thousands a year...but you can't just make applications free? What the fuck is wrong with you?

Somebody tell me why America has the highest tuition rates in the known fucking world, why it screws the middle class out of any way of doing it besides A. waiting until they are 24 or B. taking out high interest private loans? Somebody tell me why? Someone give me ONE GOOD FUCKING REASON WHY?
I literally CANNOT AFFORD to apply to ten different colleges, and have my fucking transcripts sent to all of them, and my SAT scores, and high school transcripts from two different high schools, and two "referral letters" because you simply assume everybody who applies to your college is a complete retard. I -can't afford it- and I'm not going to work for a month to do it, either. That's fucking ludicrous. You don't put in 160 hours of work to have the opportunity to have your fucking barcode spreadsheet looked at by 10 dumbass, overpaid fucks who couldn't hack it in the world of "production" so they ended up pushing papers at a college institution.
And if I can't apply to ten different colleges, then I'm left applying to one, or two, or maybe three or four at most. And even that is going to be pushing it as far as I'm concerned. That's a lot of fucking money sunk into nowhere, and there's a good chance it won't benefit me in the slightest.

I had the feeling when I signed that letter of indentured service at JCC, when I was 17...you think I haven't wised up even more in six years? You fucking fucks.
I think going straight to trade school may be the better option. At least they don't want to know a trillion details about my personal life. They're only interested in giving me a marketable skill that will have real world value as soon as I graduate. What do you have to offer? The experience of a lifetime? Yeah, I bet.
