Is annoying as shit. I wish I would've known what I was looking for, imperfection-wise, when I purchased this fender acoustic for $250. It still sounds good but it's very fickle, and takes a technical hand experienced with this particular guitar to avoid the fret buzz in the lower registers.
But I am getting some decent recordings out of it, and coupled with an amp simulator I have, am producing some very interesting sound scapes. In fact, the simulator works well in producing a more acoustic, real sound with drums, too...and the cleaner simulations might even work on my synths. Eventually I'll probably be able to record everything out of real amplifiers and into condensers, but right now it's just not a possibility.
Still wish I had an electric bass. I suppose that will have to come next.
