Mar. 18th, 2010 11:38 pm I make a postulation about the future of music
There will be a great deal of decay of technique and style in the coming generations
They will look to the masters and wonder how it is that they achieved such complex and lengthy progressions
But there will be one modern composer who will survive this generation
And that is, of course, Trent Reznor
The only composer who reached a degree of fame in this generation who actually stepped outside the box and tried to do something different.
Amen.
I think the human race will soon realize its own folly, and if it does not correct itself, be wiped off of the planet.
God is pissed.
