Getting Slightly Ridiculous

It seems like every time one person is interested in doing something, so too are scores of others. This results in me having to play the "who's going to be more interesting than who" game, which I truthfully have no interest in playing, but it's /really/ not my fault that all of the people I know don't know or hang out with one-another.

I can justify a life of music and philosophy, because there must be failures for successes to exist, and even if I am indeed a failure, at least I tried to be a success.
