sathorI have lots of schoolwork to finish, so i'm probably not going to be on much until it's done.
I made it back from the canoe trip alive, but i'm down an earring and my favorite sweatshirt.
We camped early yesterday because it was storming, and mostly we just got soaked and inebriated.
The worst part of the trip was when we went into a fast current that forced us right in line with a fallen tree across part of the river off an island...it was only like 5 inches above the boat, and i tried to brace with my legs, failing of course. I became a pretzel until the boat tipped too much to the right and i fell out. The water was very deep and fast, but i still saved my backpack and combat boots. I thought i'd get hypothermia but it musta been just a little too warm for that.
At least my shoudlers got an insane workout from all the rowing. Mmmm.
Well, all in all, it was good.
